Kelsey Beazer is a founding partner of Sena Law, where she provides solution-focused, client-centered advocacy in complex and sensitive family law matters. Kelsey practices across all areas of family law, with particular expertise in high-conflict parenting disputes and complex financial matters, including intricate corporate holdings, business valuations, and multi-layered asset division. Known for her insightful, pragmatic approach, she helps clients navigate both the legal and human complexities of separation and divorce with clarity and confidence.

Outside of her practice, Kelsey serves on the Board of Directors for Curious Creations, a non-profit theatre company; coaches youth volleyball, and often drives her children to their many activities—experiences that continue to shape her grounded, client-focused approach.

Samantha’s practice is focused on helping families navigate conflict with clarity, compassion, and practical solutions. She is known for being empathetic and efficient while remaining a strong and strategic advocate in court when necessary. Her training in social work allows her to understand not only the legal issues at play but also the emotional and relational dynamics that families face during separation and transition.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, being in nature, playing and listening to music, and volunteering in the community.

Ludmila has assisted clients in navigating a wide range of family law disputes, including those pertaining to parenting arrangements, property division, and support claims. She has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia.

Ludmila is prepared to litigate when necessary but also recognizes that many family law matters are best resolved outside the courtroom. She is committed to helping clients achieve fair and efficient outcomes through negotiation and mediation whenever possible.

Outside of her legal practice, Ludmila enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring the North Shore trails with her dog, Bingo.

When not engaged with work, Eira can be found barefoot in the dirt, on a yoga mat, with community, or, most thrillingly, discovering the wonders of the world alongside her remarkable little toddler.

Jason Beazer is a seasoned financial leader with 18 years of experience driving performance, managing risk, and leading high-performing teams. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees Sena Law’s financial strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term sustainability in a client-centered family law environment.

Jason brings extensive expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance. Prior to Sena, Jason held senior roles with leading Canadian financial institutions, where he managed complex portfolios, structured large-scale financing solutions, and consistently exceeded revenue targets. Jason’s leadership style emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and developing strong teams that support both client service and business objectives.

Jason holds a Global MBA from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Honors, Cum Laude) from Morehouse College.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys all-things-sports and spending time at the lake in Osoyoos, BC with his wife and two kids.

Anna leads the firm’s strategy, operations, and regulatory compliance. With over a decade of experience spanning legal practice, court work, and senior-level business consulting in highly regulated environments, Anna is recognized for her clear, strategic thinking and her ability to navigate complex legal and organizational challenges with confidence and precision.

Called to the British Columbia bar in 2011, Anna has built a diverse legal career. Her experience includes both litigation and solicitor work, as well as several years as a Law Officer for the judiciary at the BC Supreme Court. In that role, she conducted complex legal research, assisted in drafting reasons for judgment, and supported the administration of justice at the highest level of the provincial court system.

Alongside her legal expertise, Anna brings a decade of senior business advisory experience to Sena Law. She has led complex decision-making initiatives, advised on risk, governance, and business transformation, and managed cross-functional teams within a large, regulated Crown corporation. Anna regularly partnered with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders, translating complex information into clear, actionable strategies.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and listening to music.

Eli is a Legal Administrative Assistant with a diploma in Legal Administration from CDI College. Eli brings to Sena Law a strong foundation in client relations and evidence management. Eli is particularly talented at keeping busy legal practices running smoothly and brings a feeling of warmth and calmness to Sena Law.

Eli finds the most meaning in helping clients navigate complex and emotionally difficult situations, and in supporting the steady progress of their matters toward resolution.

Outside of the office, he can be found on the golf course, exploring new cafés, or catching live music at local festivals. He shares his life with his partner Sam and their cat, Miso.
